SHIPPING

Methods

Fed Ex ground service (2-7 days)

USPS priority mail (2-4 days

UPS ground service (2-7 days)

 

All services include shipment tracking.

Confirmation

When we ship your order you will be sent an email that your order is on the way with the tracking number.

Rates

$16.00 flat rate.  Applies to:  USA including HI, AK, and all US Territories .*

 

*American Samoa, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Federated States of Micronesia , Guam (GU),  Marshall Islands, Midway Islands, Palau lslands (PW), Puerto Rico (PR), and Virgin Islands.  This is not a complete list. But it gives you an idea.

 

PAYMENTS

Methods

We major credit cards through our payment merchant, Square.

Currency

All prices and transactions are in US dollars.

 

Sales Tax

Merchandise delivered to California addresses is subject to a 9% sales tax.

 

RETURNS*

General Policy

  • We accept returns for replacement or refund up to 30 days from purchase. No exchanges.

  • We refund the full price of the merchandise; Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued via Square 2 days after we receive the returned merchandise.

  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges.

  • Merchandise must be returned in new condition.

 

Defective Products

  • We accept returns for replacement or refund up to 90 days from purchase. No exchanges.

  • We refund the original shipping charges and ship replacements at no additional charge.

  • We pay for the merchandise to be returned back to us.

  • For goods damaged during shipment, we require customers to file a report with the carrier, before a refund is issued.

 

Cancelled Orders 

  • We provide a full refund including shipping for orders cancelled prior to shipping.

  • If you cancel your order after being shipped, we will only refund the merchandise.

 

Refused Orders

If your order order is returned to us because you refused delivery from the carrier, you will need to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend it. Otherwise, we will refund you for the merchandise minus the shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1.  CONTACT US: Use our form on the Contact Page.

We need to know:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Date of purchase

  • Invoice number

  • Product(s) you would like to return

  • Reason for return

  • What you want (refund or replacement)

 

2.  WE RESPOND

We provide you with:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  • Clear and simple directions to complete the return

  • A prepaid shipping label if applicable

 

3.  RETURN THE PRODUCT(S).

  • Print the shipping label on standard letter paper.

  • Bring the merchandise and label to your nearest UPS or FedEx Store.

  • You can buy a box from them or provide your own. (Use a box similar in size to the product.)
